CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect both my time and other clients’ schedules, I kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in a charge of 35% of the total service booked. No-shows will also be subject to this fee. If the card on file cannot be charged, the balance must be paid before booking or attending your next appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
